International students at Jiangnan University in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, celebrated the traditional Spring Festival in China this year.
In addition to celebrations, these students received snack gift bags, epidemic prevention supplies, and Chinese New Year red envelopes from the university.

More than 130 international students at the university stayed in Wuxi for the festival, while some other international students traveled to other cities, according to Gong Xiaobin, dean of the School of International Education, Jiangnan University.
Gong noted that since September last year, some of their international students have ended their online studies and come to Wuxi to take classes in person.
This September, more than 120 international students are expected to come back to the university to continue their studies, added the dean.

For an international student from Djibouti, this Chinese New Year was quite special because he spent this festival with his Chinese wife's family.
A student from Pakistan whose Chinese name is Gu Changming took photos of the scenic views at Nanchang Street, a popular scenic spot in Wuxi, and invited his friends to visit the city someday.
